We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you ordered with us, please write to us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the product, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
In the event that you would like to exchange or receive a refund, you must send back the products in their original packaging. The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. If the product meets our standards of cleanliness and condition, we will notify you of approval of the refund, and process your refund. The credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
